For experienced travel professionals
Now build the business your way.
You’ve already built the experience.
If you’ve worked in travel for years, you don’t need us to teach you how to sell a holiday. Our experienced Travel Partner route is for travel consultants, existing homeworkers and self-employed travel professionals who want to take what they’ve already built and make more of it.
Auria Travel Partners are self-employed. There is no fixed minimum number of years in travel: every application is assessed individually. And the commercial terms are published below, in plain numbers.

You probably know what frustrates you about homeworking
- Being told which suppliers you can sell.
- Having your margin dictated to you.
- Source fees eating into a booking.
- Being unable to dynamically package the itinerary your customer actually wants.
- Or simply feeling like one name among hundreds.
We built Auria Travel Partners differently. Not because the established way of doing things is necessarily wrong, but because we knew there was room for another way: a more personal one, a more flexible one, and one designed for experienced travel professionals who want to be trusted to sell travel properly.
More freedom. Less friction.

You know how to sell travel. Our job isn’t to teach you what you already know. It’s to give you the infrastructure, supplier relationships, technology, commercial model, marketing and support that help you do more with that experience.
Sell far beyond the obvious
Package holidays absolutely have their place. But when your customer wants something more individual, you should be able to create it. Access major tour operators, specialist suppliers, cruise lines, DMCs and dynamic packaging to build everything from a straightforward European break to a complex worldwide itinerary.
Your customer. Your recommendation.
We don’t want commercial restrictions deciding what you recommend. We believe the right holiday should win.
Commercial transparency
You should understand exactly how your money is made and exactly what you’re paying for: a clear commission structure, no forced source fees or hidden mark-ups, and the commercials discussed openly before you join.
Support without being smothered
You don’t need somebody looking over your shoulder every five minutes. But when you need help with a tricky itinerary, a commercial question, a system issue or a business challenge, having somebody knowledgeable at the other end of the phone matters.

Some tools and services are optional and cost extra. They are listed below, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Your business doesn’t have to look like ours
Unless you want it to.
When you’ve already built relationships with customers, your identity matters. You can build under Auria Travel, Cruise Luxe, your own identity, or a mixture that suits your business. So if you’ve created an identity and a customer following you’re proud of, joining Auria doesn’t have to mean leaving it behind.
Already a homeworker?
If you’ve found yourself wondering whether there’s something better out there, we’d love to hear what you’re looking for. It might be more supplier freedom, better dynamic packaging capability, a more personal relationship, better marketing support, greater commercial transparency, the ability to specialise, or simply somewhere you feel more valued.
We’re not going to tell you everything somewhere else is doing wrong. We’d rather show you what we’re doing differently. Then you can decide.

Small by choice. Ambitious by nature.
We’re building Auria Travel carefully. We don’t aspire to have hundreds or thousands of Travel Partners who barely know the people running the business.
We want a strong community of ambitious independent Travel Partners with different niches, different customers and different goals. And we want our success to grow because theirs does.

“Working from home since 2001 means I’m available when it suits you, days, evenings, weekends, because great service matters.”

Questions experienced travel agents ask
Is there a minimum amount of travel experience?
No. There is no fixed minimum number of months or years. Applications for the experienced Travel Partner route are assessed individually, on your experience, your customers and what you want to build.
What is the commission split, and when is it paid?
Commission starts at 70/30 in your favour. It is 70/30 on annual sales under £1 million, 75/25 from £1 million to under £2 million, and 80/20 at £2 million and above. Commission is typically paid around six weeks before your customer travels.
What does it cost to be an Auria Travel Partner?
The Travel Partner licence fee is £65 + VAT per month. Some tools are optional and cost extra, such as travel CRM software, marketing management software, a laptop and CLIA membership. We explain every cost before you join.
Is there a tie-in or notice period?
There is no long tie-in period. If you decide to leave, the contract asks for 30 days’ notice. Any commission you have already earned will still be paid after you leave.
Do I need an existing client base?
It helps, but there is no fixed requirement. Applications are assessed individually, and we will want to talk about the customers you have now or your plan to build them. Travel Partners build their own customer relationships.
I’m with another homeworking company. Can I move to Auria?
Yes. Travel homeworkers currently with another company can apply to move to Auria Travel. What happens to your existing customers and forward bookings depends on your current agreement, so it is one of the first things we talk through with you.
Can I keep trading under my own brand?
Yes. Travel Partners can build under Auria Travel, Cruise Luxe, their own identity, or a mixture that suits their business. How your own brand would work in practice is something we go through with you; more on brand choice is on the main page.
Want the detail?
If you’ve already done enough research and would rather talk human to human, arrange an informal conversation.
There won’t be a sales pitch. We’d much rather hear about your business first.
