Who your booking is with
The financial protection that applies to your booking depends on who your contract is with. We will tell you both before you book.
When we put together a package holiday for you ourselves, Auria Travel Limited is the organiser of your package, and your contract for it is with us. A package we organise that includes a flight is protected under our own ATOL, number 12791, and you will receive an ATOL Certificate.
A package we organise that does not include a flight is not ATOL protected. The money you pay for it is protected if we become insolvent by being held in the ring-fenced trust arrangements of Advantage Travel Centres Limited.
When we book a holiday or other travel arrangement provided by a tour operator, cruise line or other travel company, we act as agent for that company, and we will tell you which company it is before you book. Your contract for it is with that company, its own booking conditions apply, and any financial protection is provided by that company, for example under its own ATOL.
However you book, your payments for the travel you book with us are processed through Advantage Travel Centres Limited rather than paid to us, and your holiday money is held in its ring-fenced trust arrangements: we do not hold it ourselves. These trust arrangements are separate from ATOL protection.

We are a Member of ABTA (P8884) which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. Many of the travel arrangements that we sell are protected in case of the financial failure of the travel company. Please ask us about the protection that applies to your booking.
ABTA and ABTA Members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist when things don’t go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. Financial Protection Statement
We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday. If you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this protection doesn’t apply. Please ask at time of booking.
ATOL Protection
Auria Travel Limited holds ATOL licence number 12791, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority.
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive package from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
Insurance Requirements
You need to ensure you are adequately insured for your holiday.
