Careers at Auria Travel
Auria Travel is an independent travel agency, and from time to time we recruit new people to join the team. When we have an open vacancy, you’ll find it on this page.
Our roles vary, from customer-facing positions in our travel stores to home-based and other roles supporting the wider business.
These are employed roles at Auria Travel. Each vacancy has its own page, explaining what the job involves, where it is based and how to apply.
Why work at Auria Travel
Auria is an independent agency, and that shapes the work. We are not here to sell one company’s holidays: what we recommend depends on what suits the customer.
We work in two ways. Some customers come to us with a particular trip in mind, and we put a tailor-made holiday together around their brief. Others want an established holiday from a tour operator or cruise line, and we book those too. So the work is varied, whichever part of the business you work in.
It is personal, too. Customers plan their holidays with us face to face, by phone and online, and every role plays a part in how well that goes.

Working in travel
Whatever the role, our work is centred on helping customers have better holidays, and on supporting the people and systems that make that possible. Some roles are directly customer-facing, while others support the wider business behind the scenes.
Customers come first
Every role is there, in the end, for a customer’s holiday: whether you are planning it with them or supporting the people who do.
Knowledge matters
Good advice depends on knowing the subject. We expect to keep learning: about the companies we book with, about destinations and about how travel is changing.
Where a role is based
Some roles are based in our travel stores, some are home-based and some are elsewhere in the business. Each vacancy says where it is based.

Looking to build your own travel business?
Auria Travel Partners are self-employed travel professionals who work from home, planning and booking holidays for their own clients. That is a separate opportunity from the employed roles on this page, with its own way of applying.
