Auria Travel is an independent UK travel agency, and these are some of our top destinations. For each one we explain what it is like to travel there, the kinds of holiday that suit it and what we can arrange for you. They are not the limit of where we can take you: if you have somewhere else in mind, talk to us about it.
If a tour operator or cruise line already has the right holiday, we will find it and book it. If your trip needs more than that, with several stops, particular places to stay or arrangements on the ground, we can put a tailor-made journey together around your brief.

Alaska
Glaciers, mountains and wildlife on a scale that is hard to take in. Seen by sea, by land or, for many people, both.
Australia
A continent as well as a country: harbour cities, reef, rainforest, desert and vineyards, each a journey apart. The holiday is in choosing which, and joining them well.
Bali
An Indonesian island of rice terraces, temples, volcanoes and several very different coasts. Where you stay shapes the holiday, and two bases are often better than one.

The Maldives
Around 1,200 coral islands in the Indian Ocean, most resorts with an island to themselves. The skill is in choosing the right one.
Mauritius
A large, green island of lagoons, mountains and many cultures, with resorts on four quite different coasts. The right coast and the right hotel make the holiday.
New Zealand
Two islands of volcanoes, vineyards, fiords and mountains, where the drive between places is as good as the places. A country made for a well-planned route.
Singapore
A garden city of hawker food, shophouse streets and striking new buildings. Worth a few days for its own sake, and the natural stop on the way to Australia or New Zealand.
Sri Lanka
Ancient cities, tea-covered hills, elephants and palm-lined beaches on one compact island. Very different days, a few hours apart.
Thailand
A capital that never stops, old kingdoms, green hills in the north and two coasts of islands. The holiday is in choosing the right combination.
Vietnam
Long, narrow and different at every stop: a northern capital among limestone bays, old towns on the central coast, a great southern city and the Mekong.
