These Competition Conditions apply to all competitions run by Auria Travel Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). They set out our respective rights and obligations. By entering a competition, you confirm that you agree to these conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees of Auria Travel Ltd, their families, agents or affiliates, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Proof of identity and age may be required before a prize can be awarded.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 No purchase is necessary to enter any competition.
2.2 Entry must be made in person at the Auria Travel store in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
2.3 All entries must be received by 23:59 on 30 October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
2.4 We accept no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries.

3. PRIZES

3.1 Details of the prizes will be displayed in promotional material. The main prize is a Budapest City-Break consisting of:

3.2 Three nights’ accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis.

3.3 Return flights and hotel accommodation included. Departure date: 9 January 2026.

3.4 No alternative dates are available.
3.5 This prize may be transferred to another party, subject to agreement from Auria Travel.
3.6 Additional prizes may also be offered. These are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
3.7 We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

4.1 Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the closing date.
4.2 Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
4.3 If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, Auria Travel reserves the right to select another winner.
4.4 Our decisions regarding winner selection are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. PUBLICITY

5.1 By entering, winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, such as the publication of their name and general location.
5.2 No personal data will be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the competition.

6. LIABILITY

6.1 Auria Travel accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from entry into the competition or acceptance of any prize.
6.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1 Personal data provided at the time of entry will be used solely for the administration of the competition, unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

8. GENERAL

8.1 Auria Travel reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice, where necessary.
8.2 The decision of Auria Travel in all matters relating to the competition is final.
8.3 These Competition Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you reside there.
